• There will be a $300 non-refundable deposit to guarantee your new Doberman puppy.
Terms
• This puppy/dog is not being sold under co-ownership terms. Payment in full must be made prior to you taking ownership of the puppy/dog, payments made in cash or cash apps etc. (note we only use a few apps for payments.) A veterinary check may be asked for and verified before buyer can take ownership.
Health Guarantee
• The seller certifies that, upon receipt, the puppy/dog is in good health and has been immunized and deworm according to the accompanying health record of said Doberman.
This puppy/dog has the following conditions:

And those conditions are excluded from any guarantee and is not valid to reject the puppy/dog due to these conditions.
• The buyer agrees to have the puppy/dog examined by your veterinarian at your expense within 5 days from the date purchase. If the veterinarian does not give the puppy/dog a clean bill of health, buyer must notify the seller/breeder immediately. The seller reserves the right to have the puppy/dog re-examined by our veterinarian at our cost. Any condition that is minor, correctable or a breed related minor condition is not covered and no condition in which could go away, or is considered to be a condition which a puppy will likely grow out of its covered.
• If the puppy is then found not to be in good health, Seller will resume possession if this is agreeable to both parties. Seller does not accept responsibility for contagious disease diagnosed after 5 days from the date of purchase. So please if you don't know anything about this breed Dobermans do some research before just buying one. Hip and elbow dysplasia and pathological spinal disorder is covered for 1 year from date of purchase with the same conditions as above in no effect. Your Doberman has been tested and examined for many conditions to assure his/her health. Heat stroke, exhaustion, dehydration and other heat related conditions are not covered in anyway. Remember that a Doberman can overheat quickly and easily and my get sick or die as a result of over heating. This breed is not a junkyard dog meaning that Dobermans are not outside dogs. He/She must be an indoor dog.
The Buyers Responsibly:
• The Buyers agrees to take their new Playpinkennels Puppy/Dog to a veterinarian within 5days from the date of purchase. As a buyer you are agreeing to take good care of this puppy/dog, feed and house the puppy/dog properly {indoors}, maintain shots and keep the record updated make sure you get I d and rabies-tag.
• Control the puppy/dog on a harness or leash when in public and when off the premises of the puppy/dogs home. The puppy/dogs outdoor area will be fenced in and secure, or acceptable provisions will be made to assure the puppy/dog is safe anytime he/she is outdoors. Buyer agrees to give the puppy/dog proper physical and emotional care and welfare. ( Don't just put the dog in a cage or throw the dog in the backyard). The Buyer must agree to housing the puppy/dog indoors as its primary housing. If the dog is found to be allowed to run freely, running at large, creating a public nuisance, found to be neglected, abused or allowed to live in poor environment, or poor health or poor conditions the Seller has all rights to repossession of this puppy/dog with no refund to the buyer. The death, injury or loss of the said puppy/dog due to theft, careless, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stoke or accident or accidental death we are not entitled the buyer to any compensation from the seller.
• This puppy/dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal(pet), not for any other purpose or reasons. No warranty is given to the buyer for any special purpose or function of this puppy/dog. This puppy/dog is not to be used in any illegal or immoral activities and is not to be used for any type of puppy pounds , puppy mills ,dog farm or any other type of mass producing.
• This puppy/dog is sold with full AKC registration (unless otherwise noted).
Part Of The Agreement
• In the event the buyer is unable to keep this puppy/dog for any reason, the Buyer agrees to offer to the seller the first chance to take this puppy/dog back. In the event of a re-sale the Buyer must notify the Seller with the new updated information, new name & address of new buyer and it must be approved by us Playpinkennels first. Buyer agrees not to sell this puppy/dog to any retail company or establishment. Any changes to this contract means at the Buyers expense and all disputes must be settled in the state in which the puppy was purchased. Enjoy your new Doberman Pinscher!! • This is the entire arrangement on this contract between parties and is valid and agreed to by all parties. All parties have read and understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of this whole contract in full by signing below. When puppy/dog is paid in full and picked up, a copy of this letter will be sent with them as well as its AKC paperwork and breed specific facts.
